The first Pembury Retirement Lodge opened with only 5 residents and has since grown to over 400 residents across many lodges. Our goal is to become a national name in retirement, opening in all cities and towns in South Africa.

Our lodges are set up to encourage a carefree retirement for over 50’s with general assistance and specialised healthcare available at every level.

OUR RESIDENCY OPTIONS INCLUDE:
To Rent : A flexible option. This option does not require an upfront occupancy right investment, but results in a higher monthly premium.
To Buy on occupancy/Life Rights basis: The Occupancy Rights gives the resident the right to occupy the unit for life or can be terminated with two months notice from the resident. Investing in an occupancy right ensures that residents save 30% on their monthly rate; when the unit is vacated residents receive a 50% – 90% refund on their investment.
OUR CARE OPTIONS INCLUDE:
Independent living: Independent living in a secure environment with meals and housekeeping. Nursing assistance available if necessary.
Mid care or assisted living: Nursing and caregiver assistance on a regular basis, meals, laundry, housekeeping.
High care or frail care: 24 hour nursing assistance with meals, laundry and housekeeping.
All residents enjoy access to a hairdresser, shuttle to shops and various social activities including a regular family lunch.
NEW! Holiday Care: Temporary residence and nursing while caregivers are away on holiday or unavailable for a limited period of time.
